England, Edward Maxwell (Australian)		June 30th, 1944; Pilot Officer, No. 550 Squadron, RAF "Received in recognition of gallantry and devotion to duty in the execution of air operations. (Fourth Supplement to The London Gazette of 27th June 1944, dated 30th June 1944, Issue 36589, Page 3090)
Ellacombe, John Lawrence Wemyss (43031) (Livingstone/Rhodesia, February 28th, 1920 - May 11th, 2004)		April 7th, 1942; Acting Flight Lieutenant, No. 151 Squadron "This officer is a keen-and courageous fighter pilot. Although he was severely wounded in the Battle of Britain, Flight Lieutenant Ellacombe immediately resumed operational flying upon recovery. He has carried out numerous flights by night in all weather conditions and he has destroyed 2 and probably destroyed a further 2 enemy aircraft.” (Source: The London Gazette, Issue 35514, Page 1555)
